We collect: (a) information you provide directly — name, email, company name, website URL when you request an audit or contact us; (b) technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, for security and rate limiting; (c) website content you submit for scanning — this is processed by AI and immediately deleted after the scan is complete.
All website content submitted for scanning is automatically scrubbed of personal identifiable information (PII) — including phone numbers, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers — before any AI processing occurs. This is a technical control, not a policy promise. We are DPDP Act 2023 compliant.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with: Anthropic (AI processing — bound by their data processing agreement), Supabase (database hosting — Mumbai region, India), Railway (application hosting). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Scan data is retained for 12 months or until you request deletion. Contact privacy@ethosui.com to request data deletion at any time.

We provide dark pattern audit reports for websites and applications. Services are described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update our service offering with reasonable notice.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
Starter Audit reports are delivered within 7 business days of payment confirmation to the email address provided. If delivery is delayed beyond 7 business days due to our fault, you are entitled to a 50% partial refund as per our Refund Policy.
You may only submit websites that you own or have authorisation to audit. You must not submit competitor websites for the purpose of gaining commercial intelligence beyond compliance use. You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
Audit reports delivered to you are for your use only. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license reports. Our scanning technology, AI models, and platform remain the property of Ethos UI OPC Private Limited.
Our audit reports are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee legal compliance outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
